Shared upload flow for HomemadeBlack
This is the front-end intake surface. One upload lands once, gets transcoded once, and can then be published across any of the three domains.

Pipeline after submit
- 1. Save the master once in shared storage on `host.i-camz.com`.
- 2. Create poster frames, teaser MP4s, and adaptive HLS renditions with FFmpeg.
- 3. Attach categories, creators, and per-brand feature flags in the CMS.
- 4. Publish the same video to one, two, or all three domains with separate homepage treatment.
